How many days a week do I need to work out to see results?

The number of days you need to work out depends on your goals, fitness level, and schedule. For most of my girls I recommend a minimum of 3 days a week to see results. Consistency is an essential part of you seeing the best results possible.

How long do the workouts take?

I create workouts that get you in and out the gym in 30-60 minutes.

What if I don't have time to workout?

I get it, life is busy! As long as you're willing to invest and make your health and wellness a priority, I can help you make it fit into your schedule.

How long will it take to see results?

Most girls notice changes in their body within the first 4-6 weeks. Bigger changes start to become more noticeable the more consistent you are with your exercise routine. This type of training isn't a quick fix, it's a forever journey, focused on becoming the best version of yourself.

What if I don't have access to a gym?

No gym, no problem! Let me know where you'll be working out and I'll create a plan that works for you.

What if I don't have any equipment?

Equipment is not required to get started. It can be helpful, but it's not necessary. Your plan will be designed to fit your needs and resources.

What if I'm new to working out?

This is the perfect place to start! Together we'll create a plan that meets you where you're at, working towards your goals safely, confidently and effectively.

How do I get started with coaching?

Women who are ready to go full send with their fitness and personal growth journey.

What is the sign-up commitment?

The recommended minimum sign-up commitment is 12 weeks, however most baddies sign up for 6-12 months+. Transforming your body, mind and life takes consistency, time and intention.
