Together we'll develop your positive habits and routines that support your health, fitness, and personal goals. This way, you can stay committed to your goals and let go of the all-or-nothing mindset. What does personal training look like?

1. Book a free strength strategy session.

We'll work together to help you clearly define your goals and then create an optimal plan to achieve them.

We'll also go through a small workout. This is an opportunity for you to get a feel for how we train and for us to assess your movement patterns.

We now have a clear picture of where you are and where you want to be. We'll use this information to create a step by step training plan that will get you to your goals as quickly and safely as possible.

2. Receive your training plan.

You'll receive lifetime access to your individualized training plan, specifically built for achieving your goals. We'll refine this together, creating an optimal and enjoyable program. Your plan includes:

  • Target sets, reps and other training metrics
  • Guidance on how to continually progress
  • Exercise video demonstrations
  • Descriptions for each exercise
  • Helpful coaching notes
  • Progress tracking

Your training plan is designed to be as easy to follow as possible. You'll know exactly what to do and how to do it.

3. Start Personal Training.

Each week you'll go through personal training sessions at the gym, as well as your own weekly workouts you'll be responsible for completing.

These are important steps to ensure your continued progress, building your independence and confidence in your ability to train yourself.

Don't worry, your training plan makes it super simple to perform workouts on your own. We'll make sure your program is enjoyable and tailored to suit your lifestyle/needs e.g. we can design your workouts to be done from home, the gym, a park or wherever you prefer.

4. Achieve your goals.

Congratulations! You've achieved your training goals! Not only that, but along the way you've learned how to train yourself confidently and effectively too.

You're now ready to take on the world and continue smashing training goals all on your own.

We'll still be here to help you out if you need it, but you're now more than capable of training yourself.
